About me.

I’ve always been drawn to creativity and connection, and for me that’s come to life through my two big passions: yoga and singing. Both allow me to share energy with others, whether it’s guiding people towards balance on the mat or creating unforgettable moments through music.

Yoga first started as a hobby when I was 16, experimenting with mobility flows after the gym. After a few classes I set myself flexibility challenges, and before long I was hooked. Just before lockdown I began my 200-hour yoga teacher training (not in Costa Rica as originally planned), from my parents’ house! I started out teaching online while gyms were closed, before moving on to studios and gyms, weaving meditation and breath-work into some of my practice along the way.

Singing has been with me for even longer, having grown up with this on both sides of a very musical family. My earliest memories of singing are performing with my dad’s band and later winning a local talent show at primary school. That passion led me to study music at school and college, and my love for it has continues to grow ever since. Singing gives me a feeling like nothing else, and I take every opportunity to perform, whether at weddings, birthdays, hen parties or intimate gatherings.

Bringing these two worlds together is what inspires me most. Through yoga and music, I aim to create experiences that help people feel present, connected, and uplifted.
